Known for his orange low-budget orange shirts that once dominated his wardrobe, Balaam openly admitted that transitioning to the formal attire expected of a minister has been no easy feat. “I miss my old shirts,” he lamented in a previous interview, hinting that his suit-wearing days were more of a ministerial obligation than personal choice.

Fast forward to the rally in Masindi, where Balaam, true to his light-hearted nature, seized the moment. In front of a crowd of enthusiastic Bunyoronians, he not only shared messages of empowerment but also decided to rid himself of his expensive suit. The lucky recipient?
