The clip, circulating on social media, shows the exact minute a Ukrainian fighter pilot spots the deadly drones whizzing towards him.

Within seconds, the alert soldier manages to aim his R-73 missile at the the Iranian-made UAVs before taking fire.

The missile is sent hurtling through the sky with a fiery force and a trail left behind it.

Just seconds after it was launched, the projectile victoriously strikes the drone and makes it explode as the drone erupts in flames.

The fireball soon disappears into the distance as the MiG-29 flies past the downed wreckage and defeats its Russian aggressor.

The R-73  is a short-range air-to-air missile that has been deployed since 1984 and has roots in the Soviet Union.

It is unclear where the precise hit took place.

Ukraine and the West say Vladimir Putin‘s men have been using Shahed-136 drones in the conflict since autumn 2022.

The UAVs are said to cost just £17,800 each and have an 8ft wingspan.

The Iran-manufactured unmanned planes have long been used by the regime that shamelessly supports the Kremlin.

What are the Shahed-136 attack drones?

THE Shahed-136 attack drones are an Iranian-produced kamikaze drone manufactured by the Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industrial Company - or HESA.

Russia is thought to have used the Shahed-136 drones as the Kremlin wages war against Ukraine.

Iran Russia and enjoy a long-running allyship.

The suicide drone is designed to attack ground targets from a distance and it’s typically fired from multiples from a launch rack.

HESA was formed back in 1976 and is based in Isfahan, central Iran and belongs to the Iran Aviation Industries Organization (IAIO).

The drone name literally translates to “witness” in Persian and it operates as an autonomous pusher-propelled drone.

They’re made in collaboration with Shahed Aviation Industries.

It comes shortly after stunning footage captured more Ukrainian “dragon drones” spitting out fire in a fearsome setback for Russian forces.

A drone was seen floating above Kremlin-held territory, dropping down a flurry of flames and setting its targets ablaze.

Kyiv has been deploying the menacing weapon over tree lines and forests, spewing out scorching hot molten.

It spits out sparks containing thermite, a burning blend of iron oxide and aluminium that produces the 2,500-degree molten when ignited.

Outside of war, it’s used for jobs like railway works because it’s hot enough to burn through steel.

So-called thermite rain isn’t intended to burn troops alive but instead sparks fires to throw their positions out of whack.

Earlier, a Putin crony unveiled bizarre plans to build replicas of Big Ben and Buckingham Palace – and blow them up with nukes.

The unhinged plan to build plywood replicas in the Arctic was hatched by Russian propagandist Alexei Mikhailov in response to Britain arming Ukraine.

Mikhailov wants to mock up Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and the White House before nuking them in an absurd attempt to discourage the West’s support for Ukraine.
