A video making the rounds on social media shows the "Get the Party Started" singer limping down the catwalk with the help of two stagehands before getting strapped into her harness. Despite the injury, Pink still took to the air, proving once again that the show must go on—even when she’s hurting.
"THE SHOW MUST GO ON!! PROFESSIONAL TO THE MAX!!!" one of her fans said after seeing the clip.
"I saw her limp off stage in previous number.. I was like yep, it’s her knee.. but she can’t out and killed the last number then dancers carried her off!" another said.
"SHE IS UNSTOPPABLE," a third expressed. "But she should take a break she got injured quite often lately. take care of you and your health beautfiful soul."
The extent of her injury is currently unclear, and it's unknown whether Pink’s tour will continue as scheduled.
Pink Cancels July Show Last Minute
Earlier this year, Pink canceled her July 2 show at the last minute, taking to social media to apologize to her fans. The artist expressed her disappointment, saying unforeseen circumstances forced her to make the tough call.
"I am so sorry that I have had to cancel my show in Bern this Wednesday," she said at the time. "I do everything I can to ensure I can perform for you every night, but after consultation with my doctor and exploring all options available, I’ve been advised that I’m unable to continue with the show tomorrow."
She said she "was looking forward to being with you and making memories with you and sharing our show with you," expressing her disappointment having to cancel. She revealed that all tickets will be refunded.

Pink’s Health Struggles Over the Years
Pink had to cancel two October 2023 performances in Tacoma, Washington, citing “family medical issues” that required her “immediate attention,” as she revealed in an Instagram statement.
While she didn’t go into details about the situation, she also had to postpone two additional shows in Vancouver, Canada, shortly afterward due to a respiratory infection. “My doctor has advised that I am unable to perform at the Vancouver shows on Friday and Saturday,” she wrote on Instagram.
Pink Recovers From Hip Injury
The “So What” musician opened up about her ongoing recovery from hip surgery, detailing the challenges she’s faced.
She described the tough first week, including the pain, medication side effects, and constant fevers, and expressed deep gratitude for her husband’s support during this difficult time.
“It was a brutal first week full of tears and pain med depression, ulcers from meds and constant fevers,” Pink wrote via Instagram. “[My husband] brought me coffee in the shower, lugged around my 100 pound CPM contraptions everywhere I went, dried my tears, cooked me oatmeal, kept track of my meds, got me my phone charger, plugged in my compression machines, took my temp, made the bed, and talked me off the ledge.”
In addition to sharing updates about her physical well-being, Pink has been open about her mental health struggles. She’s been candid about the emotional toll of her recovery, including feelings of depression and anxiety related to her pain and the challenges of her surgery.
