The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, on Hulu, has made huge news with its inside peak into the shocking world of a group of Mormon mommy influencers. At the center of the controversy is Taylor Frankie Paul. She went public with her experience in a “soft swinging” sex scandal. Once it became international news, it led to a divorce from ex-husband Tate Paul.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives – Taylor Frankie Paul Spills the Soft-Swinging Tea

Taylor Frankie Paul, the former Mormon, isn’t holding back when it comes to spilling the tea. In an interview with Us Weekly, she said, ” I felt like this was my chance to tell my story.”

On the “The Viall Files” podcast, Taylor said that she and Tate started to casually explore other couples and other partners. “It wasn’t even a conversation,” she told the podcast host Nick Viall. “I think we were all drinking and partying and the guys were like, ‘You girls should make out.”

Things began to escalated over time, and then another Mormon couple joined them during cabin parties. Taylor added, “Making out in the same bed, intercourse in the same bed next to each other, the girls kissing and the husbands touching the other’s wife,” as the encounters continued.

When the third couple started to join the parties, Taylor talked about a revelation that Tate had. He said, “We can’t do this. What if one of you gets pregnant? We don’t know who’s the dad.'”

Tate at some point suggested that they stop swinging, but only stop with friends. He suggested that they do it with strangers instead. But, by this time people were already having feelings for people in within their little swinging group.

Taylor Frankie Paul even said that she started to have an “emotional affair” with one of the men in the group.

The House Parties by the TikTok Mommy Influencers

During most of these house parties, Taylor and Tate’s children (Indy and Ocean), would be at Taylor’s mother’s home. However, there were times when their kids were at home in another part of their house. “They’d be upstairs, out, with their white noise machine on,” she said on “The Viall Files” show.

Miranda McWhorter and Camille Mundy (the two women involved in the #MomTok sex scandal) will not appear Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. At least not on Season 1.

On “The Weekly Trash” podcast, Miranda said, “Camille and I had multiple interviews, or calls, with [Hulu,]… but… it just didn’t feel right…” She felt like she had been exploited on TikTok enough already.

Taylor also said in a TikTok video that Miranda and Camille were open to doing the show. But while Camille and Miranda said they declined the show, Taylor said they asked that she not be on the show and that was a deal breaker for Hulu.

In a twist… Miranda and her now-estranged husband, Chase McWhorter, later denied ever participating in “soft swinging”.

As The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives continues on Hulu, we are getting a close-up look into the controversial world of these influential Mormon moms.

Taylor Frankie Paul’s openness about her experiences has sparked intense discussions and shed light on a taboo topic within the Mormon community.
