Historian who predicted nearly every US election winner says Harris will win

Historian Allan Lichtman, who has an almost perfect record in predicting US election results, has said that Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris will win the November poll. The American University professor has correctly predicted the results of all but one US presidential election since 1984.
