Dave Grohl, known as the "nicest guy in rock," recently confessed to fathering a child outside his 21-year marriage to Jordyn Blum.
Dave Grohl, known as the "nicest guy in rock," recently confessed to fathering a child outside his 21-year marriage to Jordyn Blum.
However, it has been revealed that Grohl accused Blum of flirting with her tennis coach before his bombshell affair admission.
Dave Grohl's past includes multiple instances of cheating, including during his first marriage and relationships with other women.
Dave Grohl's Jealousy Over Wife's Tennis Coach Surfaces Amid His Own Infidelity Confession
Before Grohl revealed he had a love child, the Foo Fighters frontman had reportedly been accusing his wife, Blum, of having a flirtatious relationship with her tennis coach, Christopher Crabb.
Sources revealed to the Daily Mail that "Dave Grohl has been jealous for ages about Jordyn's hot tennis coach," adding, "They've had arguments about him, and Dave thinks they've flirted. Jordyn has told him he's crazy to even think that. But Dave has persisted."
Despite Blum dismissing his claims as absurd, Grohl remained suspicious, seemingly using these accusations to shift attention away from his own infidelity.
The source further explained, "She gets coaching at least three times a week near the family home. Jordyn now believes that Dave has been trying to detract from his own indiscretions by accusing her."
The insider emphasized that there has never been anything romantic between Blum and her coach.
Jordyn Blum's Close Friendship With Her Tennis Coach
Blum has been working with her tennis coach, Crabb, for several years, sometimes training up to three times a week at his $1.4 million Tarzana estate.
Crabb, who counts numerous celebrities among his clients, including Hillary Duff and Zach Braff, hosts his sessions on a vibrant blue court.
He often shares tennis tip videos on Instagram, where he has just over 2,000 followers. In an Instagram video from October 2022, Crabb proudly introduced the former model as a dedicated student, saying, "I'm here with Jordyn Grohl, one of my really great students. She's really solid."
In the clip, Blum is seen sporting her signature dark sunglasses, a black tennis skirt, and a pink Fila t-shirt while flashing her engagement ring.
In another video from last year, Blum demonstrated a tennis move called the "Loop vs straight take back" to the tune of Foo Fighters' hit "Learn to Fly" at Crabb's request.
In July, Crabb posted a photo of Blum and Grohl together at Wimbledon, captioning it, "So excited to see my students, Dave and Jordyn. They always look stylish on and off the tennis court."
Dave Grohl's Shocking Affair Confession
Grohl and Blum's 21-year marriage once thought to be rock-solid, was shaken this week when the rocker revealed he had fathered a fourth daughter with another woman. Grohl and Blum share Violet, 18, Harper, 15, and Ophelia, 10.
In a statement posted to Instagram, the former Nirvana drummer wrote: "I've recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage. I plan to be a loving and supportive parent to her."
He continued, "I love my wife and my children, and I am doing everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness. We're grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together."
His Love Child Scandal Unearths A History Of Cheating
This affair incident isn't Grohl's first brush with infidelity; during his first marriage to Jennifer Leigh Youngblood, he openly admitted to cheating.
The duo's marriage lasted three years before their eventual divorce in 1999.
Grohl later dated Veruca Salt's Louise Post, who accused him of being unfaithful to actress Winona Ryder and several other women.
By 2002, Grohl had seemingly embraced his reputation as a ladies' man, admitting in an interview with The Face that he had relationships with groupies.
"Groupies come to the back," he said (via Daily Mail). "They know what they want, and they know what the band wants. It just happens. It's that easy."
Dave Grohl Shut Down Viral Post Claiming To Be His Love Child
Just hours after Grohl's Instagram post, an account under the name @valeriegreyston uploaded a picture of a baby they claimed was the singer's love child, allegedly named "Roxie Junie Grohl."
The post, accompanied by a lengthy caption, showed the child holding hands with a woman, presumably the mother.
It also claimed that Grohl was present throughout the pregnancy, ensuring both mother and child were taken care of and that the child closely resembled the Foo Fighters frontman.
Shortly after the post went viral, the user behind the Instagram account deleted it, but not before it sparked widespread speculation about whether the baby was indeed the love child Grohl admitted to fathering.
However, a rep for Grohl slammed the claim as "fake news" and told TMZ that the child was not in any way connected to the rockstar.
